Form Submissions

The contact and assessment forms on this site are processed and stored by Netlify, our hosting provider. Submissions are accessible to LEXGRO personnel and to contractors who work on the website and hold administrative access to it.

Where an assessment is completed by a marketing employee of a firm rather than by its ownership, we do not share that individual's responses with the firm's ownership. Findings shared with a firm are presented at a level that does not identify individual responses.

Who Processes Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We use the following providers to operate our business:

• Netlify: Website hosting and form processing. Stores submissions from the contact and assessment forms.
• Cloudflare: Domain and content delivery. Processes IP addresses to route and secure traffic.
• Google: Tag management, website analytics and advertising measurement.
• Clicky: Website analytics.
• Meta: Advertising measurement and delivery.

We may also share information:

• Where the law requires it, or to establish or defend legal claims
• In a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition or sale of assets
