What size law firms do you work with?
We work with solo practitioners up to firms with 50+ attorneys. Our fractional CMO and consulting services are most popular with firms between 5-30 attorneys, while our training programs serve firms of all sizes including solos looking to build their marketing foundation.
Do you work with firms outside the US?
Currently, we design our services specifically for law firms in the United States. We tailor our strategies, vendor network, and training to the US legal market.
How quickly can we get started?
For most services, we can begin within 1-2 weeks of signing up. Fractional CMO engagements typically start with a discovery phase in week one. Training access is immediate upon enrollment.

Can you work with our existing marketing vendors?
Absolutely. We evaluate and manage your vendor relationships as part of our role. We assess current vendors, recommend changes if needed, and ensure everyone stays aligned and accountable. We don't require you to use specific vendors.
What if we already have in-house marketing staff?

Pricing and Contracts
How much does a Fractional CMO cost?
Our fractional CMO services start at $4,999/month for firms focused on retaining existing marketing gains, and $6,999/month for firms in active growth mode. Enterprise solutions are available for larger firms with custom needs.
Are there long-term contracts?
We believe in earning your business month after month. While we recommend a minimum 3-month commitment to see meaningful results, we don't lock you into long-term contracts. You can cancel with 30 days notice.
What's included in the monthly fee?
Our fees cover strategic consulting and marketing leadership. This includes strategy development, vendor management, campaign oversight, weekly calls, and ongoing support. Ad spend, vendor fees, and creative production are separate costs.
Do you offer any guarantees?
We don't guarantee specific results because many factors determine marketing outcomes, including your budget, market, and service offering. What we do guarantee: full attention, proven strategies, and complete transparency about what works and what doesn't.

Can my whole team access the training?
Team access is available. Each subscription covers one user, but we offer team pricing for firms that want to train multiple staff members. Contact us for team rates.
How is the training different from YouTube or free resources?
We specifically design our training for law firms, not general marketing advice. It includes actionable templates, real examples from legal marketing, and strategies we tested across hundreds of firms. We organize everything as a curriculum, not random tips.
Vendor Platform
How do you vet vendors?
Every vendor in our network has been personally evaluated by Keith Dyer and the LEXGRO team. We look at their track record with law firms, pricing transparency, client retention, and actual results. Many vendors in our network are ones we've worked with directly on client campaigns.
Do you receive commissions from vendors?
We maintain full transparency about any referral relationships. Our primary obligation is to recommend what's best for your firm. We'll always disclose if we have a financial relationship with a vendor we recommend.
What if a vendor doesn't work out?
Part of our value is ongoing vendor oversight. If a vendor underperforms, we'll work with you to address the issues or find a replacement. Our vendors know they're accountable to LEXGRO, not just individual clients.
